Zara Shaikh is making a TV debut with this drama. She is excited to start her TV appearance. While talking about her role, Zara Shaikh said, “My role in Raqs e Bismil is a pivotal part of the plot, and as soon as I heard it, there was no question of declining it.” She also said, “I am blessed to have received such an offer and to work with such talented people as Wajahat Rauf, Shazia Wajahat, and Imran Ashraf.”

The audience is excited to see Imran Ashraf in a completely new look. This versatile actor is playing a tough and stubborn character who seems to be the cause of grief for multiple characters in the story. From the looks of the teaser, the story of the drama will be along the following lines:
Moosa (Imran Ashraf) is a hotheaded guy who is against his sister (Anoushey Abbasi) to marry the man she loves. Coming of a conservative family, Moosa doesn’t believe in love and follows traditional views of love and marriage. While he will force his sister to marry another man, she will curse him to lose the one he loves too. That is when he will fall for Sarah Khan’s character and our story of unrequired love.
The story is written by celebrated film writer Hashim Nadeem and is directed by Wajahat Rauf. The producers of the drama are Momina Duraid Products and Shazia Wajahat. It is expected that the drama will be on air at the end of the year.
