From today’s evening Zong customers can’t send or receive messages on Facebook Messenger. The problem of sending amd receiving messages are only on Zong internet.
Zong MBB customers and regular customers can’t get connected on Facebook Messenger from past 5 hour’s. The Facebook Messenger are properly working on other ISP’s. This is not happening for the first time, on Zong internet Facebook Messenger occasionally got interrupted and customers can’t send messages but, this is the first time when Zong customer’s are unable to use Facebook Messenger for long hour’s.
The reason of interruption are unknown and restarting of smartphones, delete and re-install of Messenger won’t solved the problem.
To use Facebook Messenger login via browser and stay connected till the problem resolved.
Update: While talking to Zong CSR, he said we have highlighted the issue and the concern team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Update: After 24 hours, Zong are unable to resolve the Facebook Messenger connectivity problem. And they are saying, the team are working on it.
To use Facebook Messenger in current situation, download any VPN proxy application from play store and connect your internet over that and than you are able to use Facebook Messenger on Zong.
