FINCA Microfinance Banks is looking for talented people for following vacant positions.
1. Branch Manager/ Operation Manager (Development Project)
Eligibility criteria:
- Candidate must accept transfer anywhere in Pakistan
- Must agree with 2-years’ service commitment bond
- Minimum qualification is graduation from HEC approved university (or foreign university)
- Both male and female can apply
Required Experience:
- Candidate must have total 5 years’ experience in the field
- Must have minimum 1-year experience as a branch manager
- Have 2 to 3 years’ experience in credit
- Must possess 1 to 2 years’ experience in liabilities
- Candidates possess 1 to 2 years’ experience in the operation
- Total 5 years’ experience in teller, CSO, OM for operation manager
2.Branch Manager/ Operation Manager
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification is graduation from HEC approved university (or foreign university)
- Both male and female can apply
- The vacancy is available in following branches; Umar Kot, Quetta, Mirpur Khas, Larkana, Rawalpindi, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Pir Mahal, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Dera Ismail Khan, Khairpur, Rajan Purr, Jamal Din wala and Ali Purr
Required Experience:
- Candidate must have total 5 to 7 years’ experience
- Must have minimum 1 to 2-year experience as a respective field
3. Relationship Managers Assets | Liabilities
Eligibility criteria:
- The qualification required is Minimum qualification is graduation from HEC approved university (or foreign university)
- Both male and female can apply
- Experienced females with intermediate qualification can also apply
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 Years of banking experience
- Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relationship manager experience
4. Credit Officers | customer Service Officers | tellers
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum Qualification is Graduation
- Both male and female can apply
Required Experience:
- No Prior experience is required
- Females possess experience with intermediate qualification can also apply
5. Part Time Associates
Eligibility criteria:
- The vacancy is vacant for credit officers, customer service officers, and tellers
- 4 hours per day working period
- 5 days a week working period
- Flexible hours preferably for women
- Different work shifts are available
