Islamabad Protest: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & News Channels Blocked in Pakistan


Due to uncertainty, Pakistani Government blocked many social media sites, including Facebook and Twitter. Due to operation clean up against protestors in Islamabad, Government blocked YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and also Pakistani news TV channels.

People across Pakistan are unable to access Facebook through browser and mobile application the other Facebook Apps such as Pages Manager, Facebook Ad manager, Facebook Lite and Messenger is also not working. On the other end Twitter is also not accessible from both browser and mobile App.

YouTube is also blocked on all ISP’s in Pakistan and to access all these Apps people living in Pakistan are facing connectivity problems.

All news TV channels has been off aired on cable network across Pakistan, and on all other TV service providers such as PTCL Smart TV, DWN, NayaTel and many more.
