2022 Kia Stinger is to be updated with 300 Horsepower for Base model. The 2022-year model of automobile is to come back to US, reported by The Korean Car Blog. According to TKCB, the news has been confirmed by Kia. The original version of Kia Stinger was launched in 2018. The model is coming back to US with several key changes.
What does new update of 2022 Kia Stinger have to offer?
When it comes to styling updates, 2022 Kia Stinger will be carrying rejiggered engine lineup. Additionally, the Base automobile will be accompanied with a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder, 3.3-liter V-6 engine excelling 300 horsepower and 311 lb-ft torque. The elevation in horsepower comes with the rear-wheel-drive version which enhances the expense starting at $37,135 and $39,335. Kia K5 GT & Sorento, Genesis G80 and GV80, and the Hyundai Sonata N line and Santa Fe also hold the same styling.
Moreover, the GT Line is to hold a 10.25” high-resolution touchscreen having upgraded safety like junction turning collision avoidance, smart cruise control and navigation-like features. Safety features also include junction turning collision avoidance, lane following assist, highway driving assist, rear occupant alert, blind spot camera display in the gauge, safe exit assist and navigation-based cruise control curve assist.
Also, the vehicle comes with advanced LED headlights standard with quad LED daytime feature. Vehicle also receives power-wide style sunroof and high-end Harman Kardon audio system. The Harman Kardan audio system charges additional $2,300 ($39,435 for RWD, $41,635 for AWD).
Other upgraded features include the advanced interior ambient lighting, built-in key fb remote start, beautifully modeled interior, new wheels with 18-inches diameter and new leather. Furthermore, the new exhaust mode enhances the Sport mode within the car.
However, it is not confirmed that when will the refreshed 2022 Kia Stinger will arrive in the United States.
