A man named Abdul Ghafoor Farooqui threw a shoe at PML-N leader and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today at Lahore. He threw his shoe at Nawaz Sharif when he came to the podium to address the gathering. That event was organized by Jamia Naeemia in the outer area of Madrassa. When he was about to deliver the speech that man threw the shoe at him which hit his neck and shoulder.
This news gone viral on electronic and social media and that man got arrested at the sight. After throwing the shoe Abdul raised his hands and shouted the slogans in the favor of Mumtaz Qadri. Reminding you that Mumtaz Qadri was the killer of Punjab Governor Salman Taseer on the charge of blasphemy statement. The man standing next to Nawaz Sharif held the shoe and tried to save the former Prime Minister.
Not only this but on Saturday a man threw black ink at Foreign Minister of PML-N while delivering a speech in Sialkot, that man also got arrested instantly. However, that man who threw the shoe at Nawaz Sharif gave few reasons which let him do this. In an interview, Abdul Ghafoor confessed that he threw the shoe because Nawaz Sharif hanged Mumtaz Qadri and supported this order. The second reason he gave that in a recent Hindu event Holi Nawaz Sharif said that Allah and Bhagwan are same and another reason is that PML-N leader changed the blasphemy law in the constitution.
This news went viral on social media and after knowing the reasons behind this action people are supporting this man on the other side other political parties condemn this action including PTI chairman Imran Khan. This is clear that this action was taken for Islamic values and issues and this is the most sensitive issue plus the nation is appreciating this action due to the reason.
