As for the actual performance specifications, the smartphone will come with a 2.84 GHz Kyro 680 processor that is supported by a Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 chipset as well as Adreno 660 GPU.

The smartphone will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM. The phone will not have an additional card slot, so you will have to make do with the with the internal memory you have in the smartphone.

Screen and Camera Specifications

The Redmi K40 Pro+ will come with a massive 6.67 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen has 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution that will break down to 395 pixels per inch. However, the highlight is the fact that the touchscreen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

As for the camera, the front camera features a wide angle 20MP lens that can capture pictures in HDR mode and can capture videos in 720p and 1080p. The main camera will feature three lenses that include a 108MP wide angle lens, 8MP ultrawide angle lens and a 5MP macro lens.

The main camera will become complete with LED flash and can take pictures in HDR and panorama mode. As for the video experience, you can record videos in HDR10+, 1080p, 4K and 8K.

Price of the Redmi K40 Pro+

While the actual price of the Redmi K40 Pro+ has not been announced yet, it is expected that the price will be between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100,000. The smartphone is expected to be released globally on 4th March, 2021.
