Redmi Note 10 to Be Launched on March 4 Globally

It was previously thought that the Redmi Note 10 and its subsequent series will be launched sometime this March. However, it is now announced that the new smartphone and its series will be launched on 4th March across the globe. This is perfect news for the Redmi fans as they look for newer and better phones from the smartphone giant.

As of yet, the announcement came directly from Redmi India’s twitter page where they announced that the Redmi Note 10 series is going to make its “global debut on 4/3/21,” which is mere days away. It is expected that we will get to see Note 10 and Note 10 Pro at the event and there may be more than a few accessories to complete the series.

Performance Specifications

At this point, we have a pretty good idea of what we will get and what is not possible with this new phone. We can definitely expect a 5G model coming, but it is not confirmed if it will make its way to Pakistan yet or not. However, 4G and 3G technologies are a given at this point.

The Redmi Note 10 will feature Android 10 operating system (soon to be updated to Android 11) and will feature Redmi’s MIUI 12 user interface. The phone is going to be a Dual SIM phone and will carry a 4520 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging capabilities.

As for the actual performance specifications of the new smartphone by the mega brand, the Note 10 will feature an octa-core 2.4 GHz Kyro 475 Prime processor with an Adreno 620 GPU and Qualcomm SDM765 Snapdragon chipset. The smartphone will feature three memory variants that are:

  • 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM
  • 6GB RAM with 128 GB ROM
  • 8GB RAM with 256GB ROM

Screen and Camera Specifications

The Redmi Note 10 is expected to feature a big 6.57 inches IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The screen will give you 401 pixels per inch for a clear and crisp view. The screen will have the now standard Redmi punch-hole display for an uninterrupted viewing pleasure.

As for the camera, we can expect a 16 mega pixel front camera with HDR mode, Panorama mode and can record videos in 1080p. The main camera will be a three lenses affair with a 48 mega pixel lens, an 8mega pixel lens as well as a 2 mega pixel lens with LED flash. You can enjoy features such as HDR, panorama and record videos in 1080P as well as 4K.

Price of the Redmi Note 10

It is expected that the smartphone will reach Pakistan at the same time as it does globally. The date is set to be 4th March of this year. The expected price of this smartphone is Rs. 44,999, but nothing confirmed yet. We will only know when Xiaomi makes an official announcement.
