The CDC of Pakistan is now equipped with CRM solution, provided by Systems Limited which is now able to handle all queries, complains and transactions of its clients with the help of extended Service Level Agreements feature.
The new CRM solution implemented by Systems Limited will enable CDC to eliminating paperwork and manual processes, redundant data entry, a user friendly case record system and streamlining order completion and customer service processes. The solution also provides help and flexibility for CDC team to get a timely warning on their team’s issues while providing support. An enhanced customer service, streamlined to handle queries and complains and the tracking of individual cases.

This system now allows increased visibility for CDCs managers through dashboards and charts that help them evaluate team performance. Integration of CDCs existing systems (Email History, SMS History and Notification Management System) accessible through a single dynamics CRM window due to rich Integration capability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additionally, Systems Limited is working with the CDC for their Mobility project by revamping their existing website to add responsiveness and better User experience (UX), and developing applications on Android and iOS platforms.
