Aamir Liaquat Hussain, National Assembly Member, TV Anchor, Politician and Columnist was found dead this morning. Aamir Liaquat was found unconscious in his home by his servant who then rushed Liaquat to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
He was 49 years old and living alone. Aamir Liaquat was in critical condition last night and his servant rushed him to a private hospital in Karachi, however, he passed away after the doctors weren’t able to revive him. The whole nation is in shock.

The news of his death was confirmed by Speaker of National Assembly Pervaiz Ashraf. The session of the National Assembly was also postponed after the news of his death. The house will remain dark because of the death of the lawmaker. The proceedings of the house have been postponed till 5 pm tomorrow.
A crowd of people has gathered outside Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s house where a team of forensic experts has arrived at the scene where they are thoroughly checking the scene of death. So far, it is expected that his death is not a crime.
According to the latest news, the politician died because of the toxic gas and smoke released from the generator in his home. His whole house was filled with gas and smoke, media personnel and investigators are almost sure he died because of inhaling this.
According to his house servant, Aamir Liaquat Hussain wasn’t feeling well last night and was feeling a pain in his chest. The servant moved him from his home in Khudadad Colony. At the moment, it is expected that his body will be moved to Civil Hospital and Jinnah Hospital for a post-mortem and then his body will be released to his immediate family.

Born on 5 July 1971 Aamir Liaquat was just 49 years old at the time of his death. He was an MBBS degree holder and had a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies. After enjoying a colorful TV career as a religious personality, he became a TV Host.
His personal life was fraught with tension and anxiety. He divorced his first wide Syeda Bushra Iqbal in 2020. He has a son named Ahmed Aamir and a daughter Dua Aamir from her. He later married Syeda Tuba Aamir in 2018 and divorced her in 2022. His latest marriage to Syeda Dania Shah ended in 2022 and with disaster.
