The movie is written by Nabeel Qureshi, who often makes movies based on social issues. His last mega hit movie was Na Maloom Afraad for which he received the award for Best Film Director. He also directed the movie Actor in Law for which he also received the award for Best Film Director.
The movie is produced by Fizza Ali Meerza who is also known for producing movies that focus on social issues. She made her grand debut with Na Maloom Afraad. Later on, she produced movies such as Actor in Law, Na Maloom Afraad 2 and Load Wedding.
