Lux Style Awards (LSA) held yesterday night in Karachi at Expo Centre with all glam and shine. It was the 16th Lux Style Awards ceremony with its promising glitz and bang directed by the biggest fashion designer HSY Hassan Shehreyar Yaseen and hosted by the influential and famous singer Atif Aslam. A group of stars, actors, dancers and other celebrities came over Karachi to make this event successful through their outstanding performances.

Dozens of show biz stars were engaged in rehearsing their acts for the event since last couple of weeks including Imran Abbas, Sanam Saeed, Mikal Zulfiqar, Osamn Khalid Butt, Aisha Khan,Ali Zafar and many more.

This crew set up for this mega event practiced their rehearsal under the supervision of talented directors and choreographer. HSY being a prestigious director indulged in directing fashion events for last few decades. Stars are likely to be seen comfortable with his friendly and creative tech. Nowadays weather in all over country is getting warm and most of the big cities are under great influence of summer heat strokes.  Although this season has many benefits but the hotness and dryness is affecting your body badly therefore it is important to be well known about ways to protect yourself from heat.

Keep Your Body Hydrated

Most of our body is consisted of water as you all know. Water is primary necessity of our body which gives you ultimate freshness. Due to increased dryness in weather your body requires more water than normal intake. It is important to keep yourself hydrated by increasing the use of water and other drinks. It is good to take juices and shake that gives you energy and revitalizes. It vanishes your dullness and tiredness.

Prefer Shades

Firstly avoid going outside during day time to keep yourself safe from scorching sun. If you are moving out in peak hours then find shades while walking. It is good to cover your body and head to stay safe from sunlight. You can use umbrellas or hats which is good if you can’t find shade on streets.
