PTV Launched PTV Sports 2 TV Channel

Pakistan Television launched new Sports channel, name as PTV Sports 2. PTV Sports was launched in 2012 and it is the most revenue generating for PTV network.

Due to increase in sports activities and mange to overlap, PTV brings another sports tv channel. It’s not confirmed yet, the new channel will be totally for cricket or for all sports events. And if it only for cricket than the name of new channels will be PTV Cricket.

PTV reserved the rights for many sports events and due to diversity of viewership, PTV management brings another sports tv channel to meet the demand of viewer’s. There are rumors regarding new channel for sports by PTV.

But currently we are not sure it’s new channel or just rebranding.

Update: It’s just rebranding by PTV Sports and new logo and theme will be used for year 2016. PTV Sports changes their logo almost every year. The rumors about new channel are still there and when it will goes on air are not confirmed.

Update: Good news for all Pakistani’s,  PTV start on airing the promo of their new upcoming PTV Sports 2,  and it will be on air soon. Now you can watch plenty of sports events on PTV network. The logo of PTV Sports 2 is identical to new logo of PTV Sports with an addition of ‘2’ with logo.

PTV changed the look of their all TV channels except PTV News and now you will see new logo on all channels.

Update: Now new look also applied on PTV News along all other channels.
