According to the sources, the Galaxy M13 5G will have a 6.5″ HD+ LCD with a 269 ppi pixel density. The Galaxy M13 5G will include a 5MP selfie camera. The main camera at the back will have a 50MP camera and will be paired with a 2MP camera.

It is anticipated that the Galaxy M13 5G will be available in 2 memory options: 6GB/128GB and 4GB/64GB. Additionally, it will allow RAM expansion with the RAM Plus function and have a micro SD card slot for additional storage up to 1TB.

According to leaks Samsung has installed 5,000mAh battery in this handset that will support 15W rapid charging. It would support eleven 5G bands.
