The smartphone market in Pakistan is becoming increasingly competitive over the last few years, with several renowned and emerging brands stepping into the Pakistani markets and introducing new smartphones, equipped with better specifications and new features. Another such brand is Tecno, which caters the low-price smartphone segment in Pakistan. The company recently unveiled the Tecno Pop 1 Pro in Pakistan, which turns out to be a good option when your low on budget.
Specifications and Features
Tecno Pop 1 Pro comes with a 5.45” TFT capacitive touchscreen with a pixel resolution of 480 x 960. The phone runs on a Quad-Core Mediatek processor, coupled with Mali-400MP2 GPU. It comes with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal built-in storage, which is expandable through a microSD card.
This phone features an impressive rear camera for the price it is being offered for. The rear camera is a 13MP sensor with Autofocus and HDR while the front camera is a 5MP sensor. Both the sensors are capable of recording in 1080p at 30fps.
Apart from that, this device comes with microUSB 2.0 and an accelerometer. It’s powered by a 2400 mAh battery, which should be enough for a day at least.
As far as the look and feel is concerned, the phone actually looks nice. The shape is pretty aesthetic and the phone is not too thick at 8.5mm thickness. The phone’s not too bulky either weighing just around 150 grams.
As far as the build-quality is concerned, the phone cannot seems to be pretty solid and well-built for the price.

The Tecno Pop 1 Pro in Pakistan costs Rs.11,999 which is quite reasonable. The phone is available nationwide and you can choose from Champagne Gold, Midnight Black, Bordeaux Red or Jewel Blue colours.
