After teasing the Pakistani nation for months, Tim Hortons has finally opened its first store in the country. The Canadian brand opened its first store in DHA Phase 6 and the response of the crowd was absolutely wild. With queues lining up and wait time increasing to hours, the crowd couldn’t get enough of the new brand.

The coffee house’s opening day was so successful that it broke a 61-year-old record and no one was expecting that. It is a huge milestone and it looks like the coffee brand will be here to stay for a long time, considering the reception it has received.

Tim Horton opened their first store in DHA Phase 6 Lahore on 11th February and recorded the highest Opening Day Sales Global record. In fact, the opening of their first store was so successful that the brand has actually broken its 61-year-old record.

Despite the brand having branches in many countries over the world, somehow, Pakistan became its best seller on the opening day. Despite the economic crisis in Pakistan, people seem to love it despite the crash crunch the country is going through.

They are selling coffee, donuts, and more. The coffee house is selling cold and hot beverages in Espresso, Tims Classic, Brewed Coffee, Blended Iced Capp, Tims Signature Blends, Coolers, and Iced Tea. Their donuts are available in many different flavors.

Around the world, Tim Hortons is known to be an affordable coffee joint. In Pakistan, prices are:

  • A small cup of Tim Hortons will set you back by Rs 350 to Rs 600
  • A large one will range from Rs 450 to Rs 800
  • Donuts range from Rs 290 to Rs 330 each
  • TimBits are Rs 810 for a box of ten.
  • Savoury items range from Rs 600 to Rs 750

The second and third branches will open in two different locations in Gulberg, Lahore on 18th February and 25th February.
