The fans of cricket and Pakistan Super League have been waiting with bated breath to find out who will sing the PSL 7 Anthem. While the topic is being trended on Twitter, Pakistan Cricket Board announced the details regarding the anthem for this new season.
The PSL 6 anthem was sung by Aima Baig, Naseebo Lal and Young Stunners. The song was called Groove Mera and had mixed reactions from the audience. People weren’t happy with the combination and they wanted to have a better combination for the next edition.
It looks like PCB has listened to the advice and complaints of the audience and it looks like the new song will be an instant hit.
PSL 7 Anthem
It is finally announced that Atif Aslam and Aima Baig will sing the PSL 7 Anthem. The anthem of the HBL Pakistan Super League 2022 is composed and produced by Abdullah Siddiqui. As for the release, the song is all set to be released in next week, which is just in time for the launch of the event.

According to the statement released by PCB, the anthem will be released through an event partner. The song carries the theme of motivation and inspiration. The audience can feel the uplifting spirit in the lyrics. This song will prove to be entertaining and motivating for the audience who are going through a tough time due to COVID-19.
Atif Aslam will be singing his first PSL anthem. Hardly needing an introduction, Atif Aslam is an internationally acclaimed singer who has topped the charts not only in Pakistan but also all over the world. He was also given the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz from the government of Pakistan.
Along with that, he has also received more than 50 other awards from Pakistan as well as other countries. Aima Baig has previously features in the last year’s anthem and has been a prominent fixture in the Pakistani music industry for the last 7 years.
Abdullah Siddiqui is the rising star of Pakistani industry. Being called a prodigy has released ample music and sung, composed and produced the theme song for Peshawar Zalmi for PSL 6 called Kingdom. Abdullah Siddiqui has produced and composed Siddiqui.
Abdullah Siddiqui said about the PSL 7 Anthem, “Getting to produce this anthem is a dream for any musician, and I’m very honored and thankful to the PCB for the opportunity this year.
