But with all of this there are some problems which are faced by Easypaisa customers on daily basis.The main one are the shopkeepers unethical shop service charges. Yes, the shop service charges which is being implemented by the shop/retailers without the permission of Telenor. The most of shopkeepers or Easypaisa Retailers are taking Rs.5 extra on each Rs.1000. Mean if you would like to send, deposit or withdraw money then retailers will charge Rs.5 from you. If you deposit Rs.1000 in your mobile account then they will charge Rs.50 extra from you. Genuinely they get commission from Easypaisa but this service charges are totally illegal and unethical .
Telenor Easypaisa customers are demanding from top management to terminate all retailers account those are involved in illegal charges activity. Otherwise the ultimate user or customer will shift to alternate such as JazzCash, Omni or any other.
