Javed Afridi has made headlines with MG 4 and a single tweet. As one of the key shareholders in MC Motors in Pakistan, he has hinted at the all-electric countless times already, but this time, his tweet broke the internet, and for good reason.
Claiming insane charging and mileage, it looks like MG 4 is the new electric hatchback to keep our eyes on. As the mindset of Pakistani car enthusiasts is slowly but surely changing to all-electric or at least hybrid, having this hatchback in the market would be a great addition.

Insane Mileage of MG 4
As a 100% electric hatchback is making rounds on the internet, people are super impressed by the vehicle. According to Javed Afridi, the MG 4 can be charged to 100% in just 35 minutes and the distance it can cover in a full charge is 490.85 KM, which is stupefying, to say the least.
According to the claims made by Mr. Afridi the owner of Peshawar Zalmi, this vehicle can go from Lahore to Peshawar on a single charge via Motorway!

The claims seem to have some validity as it has been named the Car of the Year by Carwow. It beat contenders such as Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Honda, Kia, Mercedes, and Lamborghini to name just a few notable brands.

- 323 miles of estimated range is expected in slow moving city traffic
- A 64 kWh battery can be charged with a 150 kW public rapid charger
- 51 kWh 1 speed automatic transmission
