Pakistan has achieved notable development in the field of health and medicine from the past few decades. Health and nutrition campaigns are organized in government and private level to promote health among masses of Pakistan. And it should be noted that the country which was evolved once with no resources of its own in 1947, has stood itself to provide crucial medical care to the masses.
No doubt, these government hospitals were built during British colonial times including Lady Reading in Peshawar and Karachi’s Civil Hospital, but the government of Pakistan has put a lot of effort from time to time to keep these hospitals operations.
