You can add these healthy and simple juices in your sehri meals that will keep your energy level good whole day although you are fasting. Below we are sharing recipes of five energy boosting juices that can be easily made at home.
Energy juice: apple + carrot + parsley
2 apples, cored
1 handful of parsley

2. Energy juice: Cucumber + apple + orange +celery
1 orange, peeled
2 apples, cored
2 stalks celery

3. Energy juice: lettuce + lemon + carrot
A handful of lettuce
1 lemon, peel optional

4. Energy juice: Apple+ lemon + Beet Root + carrot
1 Beet root
1 lemon, juice
Peel the lemon, if you’d like. Juice the apple, carrots, beet root and lemon together. Serve immediately
5. Energy juice: carrot + celery + wheatgrass
3 celery stalks
2 ounces of wheatgrass (or a large handful will do)
