The latest news is that Supreme Court of Pakistan suspended all the service charge tax of all mobile companies on postpaid mobile services. So Chief Justice Saqib Nisar presided over the hearing and suspended the service charge tax collected by cell phone companies on postpaid mobile services. The additional services tax on postpaid cellular services has been suspended today. It is really a big issue so that would be handled by the help of FBR and the cellular companies. He also added if a person loads a 100 rupee card then why the province receive a share from him.

In June Supreme Court also suspended ‘exorbitant tax deductions’ on prepaid mobile cards. Now this time all the service charge tax on postpaid services have been removed from today.
