Key Specs of Upcoming Smartphone Google Pixel 3 Lite…!!!

All top mobile phone companies are working on their devices for their customers. In this regard Google also introducing many new smartphones with amazing features. Now it is working on Google Pixel 3 Lite model and today its features have been leaked in a video. Almost all the key specifications have been leaked in the video. According to the video Google Pixel 3 Lite is coming this year after Google I/O conference. In its features it would come with Snapdragon 670 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage option. The latest Google Pixel 3 Lite has a large 5.56” display with 1080 x 2160 pixel resolution. The camera details are as it has a 12MP sensor while the front one has 8MP. Cyber Vigilance Division Formed by PTA to Tackle Unlawful Content

In an attempt to curb the growing number of Cyber crimes in the Country, Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) has established a Cyber Vigilance Division (CVD). The Cyber Vigilance Division would be responsible for monitoring and handling complaints related to illegal content over the web, in accordance with the guidelines set under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).

CVD Consists of two departments. The Web Analysis Department (WAD) is responsible for identifying, channeling and blocking URLs containing Blasphemous, Pornographic, Anti-State/Judiciary or Hate Speech Content, which could be reported against by some Government agencies, state-institutions or the General Public. On the Other hand, the Vigilance Department is required to detect and apprehend grey traffic.
PTA has adopted a multifaceted approach in this regard, which involves, “automatic mitigation of unauthorized IP addresses, unearthing of setups/ illegal gateway exchanges causing millions of rupees loss to government exchequer for consequent raids and also reconcile telecom traffic for revenue assurance.”

Cyber Vigilance Division

The Cyber Vigilance Division would be required to tackle unlawful content, regardless of where the content is hosted from or the platform where it exists. In cases where such content exists on unsecured websites, it would be dealt with by the respective Internet Service Providers, along with PTA’s automated system.
However, in order to curb content cases where the unlawful content happens to exist on secure websites which are hosted from abroad, PTA has established cooperative understanding with platforms such as Facebook, Google, Youtube, Twitter etc. due to which these platforms would honor requests of content removal made by PTA. PTA has developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to handle the mechanism of lodging and disposing complaints.

PECA has also identified what type of content would the Cyber Vigilance Division act against as it stated, “(content) against the glory of Islam, against the integrity, security and defense of Pakistan, public order, contempt of court, against decency & morality and incitement of any offices under section 37 of the PECA, 2016”.

PTA

Since PECA came into existence, PTA has blocked 824,878 URLs with some of them being Anti-State/Judiciary while others being blasphemous.
While the Cyber Vigilance Division would be monitoring content, users would also be able to lodge complaints if they identify any Anti-state, Anti-Judiciary or Blasphemous content. Users may also refer to info@pta.gov.pk incase their complaints are not addressed or there is a significant delay in resolving the complaints.

The Accidental Prime Minister Film Got Green Signal from Pakistan…!!!

Pakistani films are released in other countries including India, but an Indian film named The Accidental Prime Minister. This film was not cleared to release in Pakistan and today it is cleared by the Pakistan’s Central Board of Film Censors (CBFC). The Accidental Prime Minister is an Indian film and would be released in Pakistan on January 18, 2019. In its main cast Anupam Kher would be as Manmohan Singh and the film is directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte. The Accidental Prime Minister is based on an eponymous book by Sanjaya Baru who was the former Prime Minister’s media advisor. Today this Indian film is cleared to release in Pakistan after minor cuts by the Pakistan’s Central Board of Film Censors (CBFC). The whole team including film presenters are also very glad to release in Pakistan. This film is related to political as its name also shows, now it got green signal from Pakistan and they are hoping that all Pakistanis would enjoy this film.

The Accidental Prime Minister in Pakistan

Here is the good news for Indian Film Industry as Indian film The Accidental Prime Minister would be released in Pakistan now. This permission has been granted by Pakistan’s Central Board of Film Censors (CBFC) today. The Accidental Prime Minister would release across Pakistan on January 18, 2019. This film would be released after minor cuts in Pakistan cinemas confirmed by CBFC chief Danyal Gilani.

In 2018 Indian film Mann Marziyaan was not be exhibited in Pakistan. The CBFC rejected to show this movie in Pakistan due to the bad data in this movie.

The film is directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte is based on an eponymous book by Sanjaya Baru, who was the former Prime Minister’s media advisor. The most talented actor Anupam Kher would perform the role of Manmohan Singh in the film.

PEN Studio is happy that The Accidental Prime Minister got green signal from Pakistan and now it would be released in Pakistan. This is a political film as its name also shows, the whole team is very excited. Gada also praise as the best cricketer and Prime Minister also. Indians are thankful to Prime Minister and Pakistan’s Censor Board chairman for approving The Accidental Prime Minister film. Police 4 U Mobile Application Launched by Karachi Police

‘Justice Delayed is Justice denied’, rightly so. In an attempt to make the process of dispensing justice faster, the Karachi police has introduced a mobile application to provide assistance to the citizens of Karachi. The mobile application is called Police 4 U and is available for Android as of now.

The launch ceremony took place on Monday in the presence of Additional Inspector General Police Karachi Dr. Ameer Ahmed Sheikh and a few other senior police officials. The AIGP Karachi on this occasion said that this application will enable people to lodge complaints and seek assistance from the police directly via this application. He also added that this would be another step towards getting rid of the infamous ‘Thana Culture’ that has been afflicting the city.

Police 4 u

The Police 4 U application requires registration of the user upon the first installation. The user is required to enter their mobile number, address, CNIC and generate a password to get registered, after which they would be able to operate the application. Once you’re registered, you can report bike snatching, car snatching, burglary, mobile snatching, cash snatching and other things. Victim support service is also available within the app.

The AIGP also stated that another mobile application would also be introduced soon, which would allow the public to lodge complaints against the police. He further added that people could also utilize their Whatsapp number (0317-7116601) to register their complaints.

The Police 4 U application would definitely make the provision of justice faster and better if all the protocols are properly followed by the public and the police department itself. However, what is also important, is that the application clearly states that fake reporting of crimes and fraudulent usage of this application would lead to police action.

It must also be noted that the application is in initial phases only hence you can expect some bugs and errors however, Police 4 U mobile application would be improved with consistent updates, subject to feedback from the users.
