The vehicle will come with ECVT transmission for better control in the Hybrid variant.

Design of Hyundai Tucson 2020

The exterior of the Hyundai Tucson features full LED headlights, LED Rear Combination Taillights and the iconic Hyundai radiator grill. The wheel design is exceptionally classy and the overall look of the SUV is sporty.

Inside the cabin, it is expected that the SUV will feature high-grade leather work on the dashboard and it is also said the SUV will have a 10-way adjustable driver’s seat for a comfortable and luxurious driving experience.

Of course, the SUV will also have the latest technologies including a touchscreen display for the multimedia. This family car will also be equipped with latest safety features including 6 air bags, EBD, ABS, Hill-start Assist, Hill Descent Assist, Traction control, BA, Electronic Stability Control, Reversing Assist and a lot more.

Engine of Hyundai Tucson 2020

The Hyundai Tucson 2020 will be fitted with a 2000cc engine. This 2.0 liter petrol engine produces 155 horsepower and 192 Nm of peak torque. The SUV will be available with 5 speed manual transmission and a 6 speed automatic transmission. The SUV will have both 2 wheel drive and all wheel drive option available as well. No word has been heard about a diesel engine yet.

Release Date and Price in Pakistan

Hyundai has finally made an announcement about the release date of the vehicle. The Hyundai Tucson 2020 will be launched on 11th August, 2020 which is the upcoming Tuesday. The virtual launch event will begin at 7:30 Pakistan Standard Time and the event can be watched at their Facebook Page.

It is expected that the SUV will cost around 5 million PKR to 7.5 million PKR. However, jury is still out for the price of the Hyundai Tucson 2020 as Hyundai has yet to make an announcement about the price.
